Theft from a vehicle- Daventry

Dear Resident

We are appealing for information after a front number plate was stolen from a Blue Ford Puma in Marlow Close, Daventry. This happened on Tuesday 13th January 2026 from 10pm- Wednesday 14th January 2026 to 2am

We are keen to hear from anyone who may have any information relating to the theft of these items or that may have been in the area around the time of the incident and heard or seen anything suspicious.

There are some simple but effective things you can do to help protect your vehicle:

Park your car in a garage or driveway if possible, or on a busy, well-lit road. Choose a ParkMark® accredited public car park wherever possible

Never leave anything on display in your car. The cost to repair damage to the vehicle will usually exceed the value of the theft

Drivers of some Toyota and Honda vehicles and some 4 x 4’s should install measures to deter theft of catalytic converts e.g Catloc | Catalytic Convertor Theft Protection
